The 2008 elections are a few short months away, and Georgia’s WIN List will introduce its endorsed candidates for the Georgia General Assembly on June 12th. We hope you will become a host for this election-year event. If you do, an exciting “pre-event” event is planned for host committee members who donate at the $1,000 level and above. Mayor Shirley Franklin is hosting the event—a reception for members of the committee—at EcoManor, the home of Laura Turner Seydel, from 6 to 8 p.m. on May 29.

Your name will be listed as a host on the invitation for the larger event scheduled for the evening of June 12 at Park Tavern to introduce and honor our 2008 endorsed candidates. The deadline to be included on the host committee is May 19, 2008.

Parking and shuttle service to the reception at EcoManor will be available at Ahavath Achim Synagogue, 600 Peachtree Battle Avenue, NW, Atlanta, Georgia 30327 (corner of Northside Dr. and Peachtree Battle Av.)
